As part of NAQA’A DESALINATION PLANT’s (NDP) objective to put safety first, the project has achieved an outstanding safety milestone. Led by Chief Executive Officer, Mr. David Binley; Project Director, Mr. Victor Caballero; HSE Manager, Mr. Paul Burns; the project has surpassed 10 Million Safe Man-hours without Loss Time Injury (LTI).

NDP held an awarding ceremony for the achievement, and appreciation certificates were issued by Mr. Mohammad Abunayyan (Chairman of ACWA Power), and Mr. Mohammad Saleh (Director General of Etihad Water and Electricity). The achievement demonstrates NDP’s commitment to bringing the highest safety standards, exceptional leadership, safe work practices, excellent implementation of the HSE management system and procedures.
